Pumpkin soup

A pumpkin soup

Preparation: 10 minutes     Cooking: 20 minutes

 

Ingredients :

 

  • 1 pumpkin of about a kilo peled and dice
  • 2 carrots peled and dice
  • 1 apple peled and dice
  • 1 big onion
  • 4 cups of fresh water
  • 1 Table spoon of vegetable broth or miso
  • Salt to taste

 

Preparation of the recipe :

 

Pour the vegy in a cauldron with half the water. Cook and stir for 10 minutes add the rest of the water with the broth/miso.

Pass the soup throught the culinary robot and serve hot.

 

Salt to taste.
