Parsnips in Sour Cream

Ingredients :

 

  • 22 lb parsnip, peeled and cubed
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ tsp ground cardamom
  • salt and pepper

 

Preparation of the recipe :

 

Steam parsnips until tender (10-15 mins). Season with salt and pepper; stir in sour cream and cardamom. Return to heat and heat through but do not boil.
50g fromage parmesan, râpé
