




| Kale with Parmesan and Garlic |

Ingredients :
Preparation of the recipe : Fry the garlic for a few seconds in the olive oil. Add leeks and fry for 2 minutes, stirring. Add kale. Cook for a few minutes then add ¼ cup water. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer until kale is tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in parmesan cheese and serve at once, garnished with extra cheese. |
